Exterior-placed ducts ensure a clean façade and maximize interior space, while open staircases in the vertical core foster dynamic flow and interaction. Designed to adapt and evolve, the project bridges residents with the public realm, integrating seamlessly into its context and promoting community cohesion. Perforated Urbanism combines innovative design with phased growth, creating a sustainable, connected, and thriving urban neighborhood.
