Indian kitchens and culinary practices are core to this project. The process initially focussed on researching and identifying opportunities in the kitchen space. This kitchen appliance harnesses the traditional technique of salt roasting practiced by Indian street vendors. It aims to domesticate the process to generate a more convenient experience for the user and encourage a healthier snacking lifestyle in the current fast-paced urban lifestyles.
