This project focuses on designing a steel structure for an industrial shed meant for a CNC manufacturing unit, following IS-800 standards. The work involves analyzing crane systems such as EOT, Semi-Goliath, and JIB, alongside applying various loads, including dead load (DL), live load (LL), wind load (IS 875), earthquake load (IS 1893 Part 4), and crane-specific load combinations. The design process includes detailing purlins/runners and gantry girders using rolled sections. Additionally, the structural framework was modeled and analyzed using STAAD in both 2D and 3D, to meet the functional and code requirements
