ADHISTHANA: Unlocking Soils Potential

My geotechnical journey began with a detailed case study, offering insights into soil mechanics and challenges. I used mind maps to simplify soil testing concepts and observed SPT tests during a site visit, collecting samples for lab analysis. At the CEPT lab, I conducted tests to determine Safe Bearing Capacity (SBC) and settlement values, forming a foundation for ground improvement exploration. Focusing on deep mixing, I selected fly ash and ceramic waste powder as sustainable admixtures. Experiments revealed significant improvements in soil strength and compaction. Finally, I applied coding for shear strength predictions and created a physical soil profile model.
