The strategic intervention (School of Architecture-FA) not only enhances the studio spaces but also fosters a sense of openness and connectivity with the natural surroundings, providing an inspiring environment for architectural creativity. This exercise boosted - Quick strategic thinking to find effective solutions to contingencies affecting the spatial, enclosure and structural configuration of the existing building. 
Business Hotel | The studio is focused on larger theme of contingencies and how it shapes architectural process and the outcome. The nature of the project is public architecture along one of the central metro nodes of the Pune city with focus being on the architecture rooted in the context of the city as well as the program. It deals with the questions of how the project then negotiates, accommodates, prioritizes the design decisions as the contingencies arise in the process.
