In the fast-paced, transit-oriented development of Pune, the residential typology needs to evolve to suit the work-from-home culture, need to promote co-working and co-living, and most importantly provide opportunities and flexibility at the financial fronts. This project explores these questions of contemporary living and proposes two modules of live-work spaces, combined with commercial and retail spaces to foster a sense of an approachable neighborhood that gives a sense of belonging to the user of each typology. Furthermore, with the addition of an Auditorium and a sustainable facade with branding, the design intends to preserve the character of the street and corner.
