This project investigates the phenomena of change. Change in a city that happens in its growth. What happens in its occurrence, when each time a choice is made? These deliberately taken decisions are actually what builds a city which leads to its valuable growth. They make the city what it becomes of the present. These choices (retain-demolish-modify) are informed or are influenced by the immediate and distant context. Some of these changes’ drive underpass the bridge of modernity, like preservation/conservation, which is a phenomenon that took birth out of this paradigm of modernity.
