The studio is aimed at designing spaces of value within a short span of time and to  maximise profitability for the developer. The design focusses on evacuating spaces that hold the neighbourhood together. In this contemporary world we do not know our neighbours, the surroundings etc., Thus this housing project focuses on sharing as a value, the same has been achieved at neighbourhood, community and unit level
