Seamless Serenity: A Place for Wellness & Mindfulness

The idea of the place of wellness is based on the continuity of routine in our lives. By carving out mass from the existing landscape and minimal intervention of portals, the proposal extends this idea of continuity to the built environment. The project is mainly based on two kinds of spaces-one that is individualistic and experiences silence through subtraction and the other is communal and experiences the open landscape through addition. The corridor that connects the two horizontally cascades over the landscape, while occasionally water becomes the element that connects the spaces vertically.
