Chhalaang Women's Community Centre is an initiative to build a comfortable future by adopting measures to curb the existing climate crisis and resource exploitation as well as uplift women in the society. Located in the perennially hot and dry city of Ahmedabad in India, Chhalaang is designed to provide comfort, aesthetics and sense of belonging to everyone. With a green ecosystem of its own, the dense trees and flowing water body provide picturesque views to the users and work strategically to bring thermal comfort.
