We believe that architecture is to design spaces that embrace accessibility as an aesthetic value rather than mere ethical obligation. One out of every 12 households in India, includes an individual with a disability or limited ability, totaling approximately 26.8 million people. The Department of Empowerment of Disabled reveals that merely 3% of public buildings are designed with accessibility in mind.  Although we accept that the experience of an able-bodied person and a disabled person in the same space can never be the same, it cannot be biased favoring the able-bodied. The goal is to create an equitable experience.
