Plans Utsav sought to safeguard Albert Hill via temporary structures for an art festival, marrying architecture with environmental protection. Celebrating nature's artistry, these structures aimed to shield the hill while promoting artistic expression, exemplifying how architecture can serve as a guardian of natural beauty and cultural heritage.
