TerraFrost: Evaporation Cooling System

TerraFrost studio project is dedicated to harnessing terracotta to create a versatile system. It guides through form exploration, module derivation, and optimization, leveraging ceramics' compressive properties. The system's adaptability allows assembly based on required module count. The system serves as both a traditional jali and an evaporative cooling setup by circulating water through modules. Emphasizing process of designing mould and press casting techniques for fabrication, TerraFrost ensures comprehensive exploration of terracotta's potential. The system allows for circulation of water with a laminar flow which can be incorporated in multiple domains, from industrial cooling system to residential jali or a facade.
