his DRP report in particular talks about the "Impact of training effectiveness on selection of staff for training programmes."There lacks a municipal training and capacity building management system for all stakeholders, including municipal employees, councilors and citizens. This system could be involved in conducting a training-need analysis, and arranging for field training. This DRP will help to ease out the process of ‘To whom the training should be imparted’ and in virtue of retention capacity and implementation of training induction in day-to-day tasks conducted by ULB staff. This research helps out to find out the employee allocation procedure for training programmes in ULB and to analyses the interdependency of appropriate staff allocation for training programs and program effectiveness.
