This project briefly outlines the application of generative techniques in urban place making to develop live-work typologies in Hajira Ni Pol, Khadia III, Old City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The aim is to create innovative, functional spaces that blend living and working environments seamlessly, enhancing the neighbourhood’s vibrancy and functionality. Through a collaborative approach involving community engagement, data analysis, and design iterations, the project seeks to revitalise the area while preserving its cultural heritage. The resulting typologies will offer adaptable solutions to accommodate diverse needs, fostering a dynamic and inclusive urban fabric.
