The following project brief outlines a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at transforming the public transport system into the choice mode of transportation within our community. Conducted as a study within our studio, the portfolio focuses on the   user analysis survey  perceptions survey , key performance indicators (KPIs), and proposed innovative solutions to encourage a modal shift from private vehicles to public transport. The assessment of current KPIs  guided the development of proposed indicators aligned with project objectives, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, a detailed parking strategy is proposed, incentivizing commuters to choose public transport over private vehicles through strategic policies and infrastructure development.
