 The vision of the LAP is to seamlessly integrate transit with increasing last-mile connectivity to its major commercial, residential, and educational neighbourhoods by enhancing the development and also enhancing the existing natural landscapes, such as hilltops and hillslopes to offer both eco logical benefits and recreational opportunities for residents, thus contributing to Pune’s identity as a city that values its nature and liveability. The framework plan focuses on reflecting the gaps i.e. improving the road network, improving last mile connectivity, increasing open green spaces, Utiliz ing FSI by having a transit-oriented built form, having the unique identity of built form by proposing urban design guidelines, and enhancing the overall experience of the neighbourhood.
