The chosen area touches Paud Road on the south. It has a major senior secondary school and the MIT Peace University up North along with the cluster of temples on the hill top.The contours show a rise from 600m on Paud Road to 650m top north, but the buildability is impacted only in areas of slopes above 20%.The entire hill being marked up HTHS prevents equitable development of the hill.The remaining hill can be utilized for development equivalent to the rest of the lower terrain area albeit with a few specific development regulations and connectivity modes.
