The aim of Area Planning Lab was intended to prepare a comprehensive ward plan by understanding the need of people. Shahpur is situated on the eastern banks of Sabarmati and lies in the central zone of Ahmedabad. Due to its organic form of development, road space is severely affected by the growth and so considering and keeping current cultural aspects of our ward, which bring people together on roads with the help of street vending, and people walking but simultaneously it effects the road space. We intervene the areas and came up with the proposals.
