Area Planning Studio
The area planning studio introduces students to core urban planning components (like land use, transport, infrastructure and services) and their interactions through the lens of an area level plan; a rational outcome of a process that carefully balances the needs of people, conflicting interests, improving public systems, financial constraints and goals of sustainability and social equity.
