Design Aspects of Liquid Retaining Structures as per IS 3370-2009 (SED)
The objective of the course is to enable students to analyze and design the liquid retaining structures with the recent Indian Standards 3370-2009 and also incorporate the guidelines of earthquake with special detailing of reinforcement. It will deal with analysis, design and detailing with circular, rectangular and Intze tank. Design philosophy and on hand calculations will be done.
