Yugantar | Where tradition unfolds in Light

This project reimagines Gandhi’s ancestral home as a era based heritage homestay, preserving its original Saurashtrian architectural character with minimal structural alterations. The spatial planning integrates guest rooms, dining, workshops, and communal areas to create an immersive experience rooted in history. Materiality, and spatial flow are carefully considered to reflect the era and offer comfort. Designed for conscious travelers, the homestay offers a culturally rich, reflective environment that goes beyond accommodation — allowing visitors to live within and learn from a preserved historical space.
