Be Curious Movement: A systems design problem

Misinformation isn’t just fake news—it’s a system. This project cracks open how misinformation spreads by mapping its hidden network: the people who create it (intentionally or not), the platforms that amplify it, and the communities harmed by it. We asked: Who benefits? Who pays the price? How does distorted data move so fast? Instead of fighting individual lies, we redesigned how information flows. By adding clarity to confusing content and creating friction in viral pathways, the project helps people encounter facts as they are—not weaponized, twisted, or stripped of context. Think of it as giving truth a fighting chance.
