The Great Indian Pee-dicament

The Project is divided as such -In the first half of our study, we focused on male public urination—mapping its systemic causes, behavioural patterns, and spatial triggers through rigorous sense-making. We then transitioned to form-giving, prototyping interventions that addressed infrastructure, social norms, and urban design. The second half shifted focus to women’s exclusion from public sanitation, where the same process uncovered stark disparities in safety, access and need for sanitation.
