Echoes Through Interfaces

Echoes of Connection is the outcome of a semester-long exploration into perception, narrative, and human presence. Anchored in the allegory of Plato’s Cave, the studio unfolded through photography, photobooks, interactive games, films, creative coding in p5.js, and immersive tools like TouchDesigner. Across these media, I examined how unseen users and shared interfaces shape experience. The final project — an audiovisual installation using Kinect and real-time generative systems — invites users to leave behind gestures and sounds as quiet traces, forming connections with others they’ll never meet.
