PUSHKAR PRAVESH : ENTERING A SACRED REALM

Pushkar Pravesh is a journey into the heart of Pushkar, beginning right at its threshold. The project reimagines a key entry point into the town not just as a physical gateway, but as a meaningful first impression for pilgrims, locals, and visitors alike. Surrounded by a Gurudwara and a cluster of temples, the space is alive with rituals, movement, and spiritual energy. The design responds to this richness by creating more than just paths and structures it creates experiences. Streets are softened for walking, spaces are opened up for pause and reflection, and connections between religious landmarks are made clearer and more inviting. Rooted in tradition but looking forward, Pushkar Pravesh offers a sensitive, people-focused approach to designing within a sacred historic fabric.
