The aim of the project “Sangathi Chowk” is to revitalize a culturally rich yet spatially congested area by enhancing accessibility to existing temples near the ghats and improving the experience of small roadside temples. The design introduces a integrated plazas with seating, and clearly defined ghat access points to improve movement and connectivity. Additionally, the inclusion of community dining spaces and pedestrian-friendly zones fosters social interaction and cultural engagement. The project seeks to create an inclusive, spiritually immersive, and tourist-friendly environment that respects the heritage while uplifting the urban experience through thoughtful spatial interventions.
