Delhi development plan 2041 : clean and resilient feature ready capital. This project critically assesses and re-imagines Delhi's urban future through the lens of the master plan 2041 - Delhi. It examines the city's existing land use, infrastructure gaps environmental concerns and governance framework to propose a vision that is inclusive sustainable and resilient. with a focus on zoning reform, climate responsive infrastructure, equitable mobility and housing access the plan addresses that disconnect between policy and implementation through the actionable strategies and resources mobilization, the proposal aims to create a future ready capital rooted in the needs of people and ecology.
