Effective communication and coordination are vital for the successful execution of construction projects; however, persistent gaps in these areas often lead to inefficiencies, delays, and cost overruns. This research systematically investigates these challenges and introduces a structured Project Coordination Review Framework and an Evaluation Matrix, assigning a Relative Importance Index (RII) value to key coordination and communication tasks. By examining case studies from commercial, mixed-use, and resort developments, the study demonstrates a strong correlation between high coordination compliance and improved project outcomes, reinforcing the importance of structured coordination practices across all project phases.
