This foundation studio in MAD aims to set up a disciplinary impetus to the program with considerable emphasis on method of design and making. It assumes that the possibilities of furthering architectural knowledge at its core lie in systematic methods of investigation and evaluation (of existing forms) and thus informed derivation of forms.
